Hi Dobby and all,

I realize this may seem a radical concept, but the candida are living

organisms. They feed themselves.

Living organisms tend to be opportunistic with respect to food. That is,

they tend to follow the food supply. When we create a chronic surplus of

sugar in our blood stream, the candida merely sense food (from their

perspective) and move right in. When we remove the chronic sugar surplus

from our blood stream, the candida move right out.

Therefore, to focus on the candida is entirely misguided, and the number of

books, companies, etc. that suggest otherwise shall never change this.

Instead, if we seek health, we serve ourselves best by focusing upon the

CAUSE of the sugar surplus ... what are we doing to ourselves that causes

sugar to " back up " in our blood stream.

The answer, fortunately, is simple: we eat too much fat, more fat than our

system can properly metabolize, and we do this continuously for years. The

presence of elevated fat IN the blood stream inhibits sugar uptake FROM the

blood stream ... insulin-guided movement of sugar from the blood stream and

into every cell we call " us " . This is the primary cause of chronic elevated

blood sugar in most people who have " blood-sugar disorders " .

Equally fortunately, the solution is equally simple: cut the fat. When we

stop eating oils, nuts, seeds, olives, avocados, and perhaps durian, we

experience an immediate shift in our metabolism. In other words, our body

begins to reassert what it perceives as " normal " metabolic activity. Sugar

uptake normalizes, insulin production normalizes, pancreatic and adrenal

activity normalize (at least with respect to blood sugar management), and

thousands of other favorable, health-improving shifts take place.

We might ask ourselves: " Does this mean we should cease eating these items

forever? "

Note that the solution we propose works in complete harmony with Nature's

design. We do not seek to kill, suppress, or otherwise use any manner of

force upon ourselves or upon any other organism. In this sense, our solution

is peaceful in nature and reflects a genuine sense of cooperation with other

species and, in a larger sense, with Nature's design.

Best to all,

Elchanan

RE: [Raw Food] More Candida questions.....

Im not trying to argue with you, but these books I read said not to eat

fruit, that it feeds the candida?

ANYONE??? LOL!
