Ok, hold onto your seats...

A while ago I knew I was " not " going to be able to bring my salad

into the data-center where I was working that day so I dumped my

full salad (yes, think of a full salad with " ALL " the trimmings)

Well, I added some grape juice (had to start with something) and hit

the trigger and saw all the following plus some blend into a

smoothie that looked like one that you'd buy...

lettuce

spinach

avocado

sprouts

carrots

walnuts

raisins

celery

tomato

........ forot the rest...

oh, pitted olives...

Well, it was a little thin when I got done, threw in a banana and it

make it thicker.

Worked great, took very little time to drink what normally takes

45-minutes to eat at a minimum.

" YES " -- this will bring the food combiners out and I did not post

this to start a flame war, just stated what worked for me!

Oh, it tasted (think Tony the Tiger) " GRRRRRREEEEEAAAAAAAAAT! "

you didnt mention dressing....did you add anything as a dressing?
