available for pick-up and shipping and now also for deliveries.

 

One Meal Package includes a generous portion of:

Soup, Salad, Entreé or Salad, Entreé, Dessert, for only $13.50.

 

Assemble your own menu and choose from many options

or we can assemble for you.

You can pick up at the Cafe or you get your food fresh delivered,

either to your home or office.

If you are not at home, just leave a large enough cooler with some ice package

at a safe

place outside and our delivery person will place the food inside.

in the GMF Cafe Kitchen 6.00pm to 9.00pm.

 

Learn how to prepare excellent tasting raw foods direct from

the Master Chef Ursula in the Kitchen of the Good Mood Food Cafe.

Please pay with your RSVP $25.00 as a deposit.

You can pay the remaining costs when you come to the class.

We try to keep the class recipes different every time.

5. Good Mood Food will be back on the Farmers Market in Long Beach, Alamitos

Bay,

on Sundays in the Art Section! Starting on Sunday, May 20th, 9.00 am to

3.00pm

Job Opening for Farmers Market

 

Finally we will be back at the Farmers Market in Long Beach, Alamitos Bay,

behind

Wild Oats. Many of our Long Beach customers were waiting for that.

 

Since we offer already prepared food and not agricultural products, we were not

able to get a booth in that section, because they are completely filled.

But happily the market has extended with an art section, where we will have our

booth

and offer freshly made sandwiches, veggie rolls, flax crackers, dips, snacks,

cakes and pies, Young Thai Coconuts and several other items.

 

So please take advantage and come over to the booth!

At the same time I am searching for a handy sales person for the Market

and eventually other events.

 

Job opening for the Farmers Market above:

To work at a booth on the market is a lot of fun, especially with our food;

but the job requires somebody who is handy, responsible and used to hard

organized

and efficient work. It is certainly not a " relaxed " job. This job is of course

also ideal

for a woman who is used to " hands-on " (like me )). I prefer a vegetarian with

an open

mind to the natural and raw cuisine idea. The person needs to be orderly, well

groomed,

honest, reliable, on time, with experience in customer service and selling, as

well as

dealing with challenges. It could be beneficial if you have worked in a

restaurant or

sandwich place before.

I am looking for somebody with a larger car that has enough space to fit in a

canopy,

folding tables and cooling boxes with food supply.

Compensation is a basic fee per hour plus commission.

 

If you are not the person, perhaps you know somebody who might be interested.
