I have not posted or even read any of the posts for a while . . . but

I need to NOW! I am in desperate need to get back to where I should

be . . . healthy raw and staying there. I need encouragement, I

guess and some good suggestions on getting to the raw and staying

there for good! My problem is I like the full feeling in my

stomach . . I just figured that out. And I love to eat cheese and

meat. But I don't like the way they make me feel afterward. I'm a

mess!

Hi Holly,

 

CLean out your kitchen and pantry completley and go shopping for raw stuff

that you REALLY like.

 

Write a list of all the reasons you want to go raw and look at it often.

 

Take " before " pics, measurements, etc...

 

Write a list of affirmations that inspire you and say them all day everyday

for awhile.

 

You can do this!!
