I was gone for a week and what a week it was! I really appreciated this list. I learned quite a bit and I found all of it helpful. FOR MYSELF, I find when I think about it, there's nothing I can or want to argue with. The simpler I eat, the better I feel. That goes for life too. The simpler I keep my life and keep the stress out, the better it is. So many foods cause the body unecessary stress that my body and life do not need.
