Guest guest
People, My goodness, the world is not crashing down. Storm did adit that he/she ate fish very rarely when she felt that she was needing something in her diet that she was unable to meet anyother way. Then someone else posted telling her of a vegan way to meet those requirements. Then she thanked that person for the information. Let it go now. If she felt the need to eat fish, so be it. That doesn't mean that you need to eat the fish, if you go back in the posts you can also find the alternative/vegan way to fill the need for whatver nutrients it was. There is a debate going anyway whether it is better to be 100% raw or only taking in a small portion of cooked foods. Well, so a fish everyother month is not going to stop it from being a healthy choice for Storm or anyone else. If she ate it as Sushi then it was still raw, and if not, well other people have occassionally gone off raw for a meal. My goodness,,, well stepping of the soap box now,,,,Nini2033a donatma <no_reply > rawfood Sunday, April 22, 2007 3:05:56 AM [Raw Food] Re: to Storm re: eating fish occassionally rawfood@ .com, " Love Food Lane " <lovefoodlaughter@ ...> wrote: > As far as I have tried and managed to see after searching in this group, this Storm is not the one of " The Garden Diet " , is he?
