Guest guest
Some readers recently complained about a heavy feeling after eating nuts and seeds. Dr. Edward Howell warns us that if we do not neutralize the enzyme inhibitors first by soaking our nuts and seeds, the enzyme inhibitors will cause havoc in our system and we will waste a large quantity of our bodies own metabolic enzymes in trying to do this process internally. This is perhaps the heavy feeling you experience after eating them. The best way to eat nuts is to make sure they are raw, organic and soaked. We always soak them before eating them for at least 6 hours in distilled water and never have that problem. Guest guest
Very true. I have yet to find a source of fresh water chestnuts here, but would like to because of their sheer succulent lightness of the flavour and texture. rawfood , " rudy930 " <rudy930 wrote: > > Some readers recently complained about a heavy feeling after eating > nuts and seeds.
