Guest guest
Hi Michelle, I am also slightly new! I have found a great website www.goneraw.com Also from my expierence its best not to get overwhelmed with recipes that sound complicated or require equipment that you dont have. Find some easy simple and delicious recipes that you really like and keep those ingredients on hand...the rest of the time eat fruits and veggies, smoothies and salads. Some of my favs are salsa and celery for the " chips " apples and lemon cashew frosting for the dip / or a carmel dip Tuno made with almonds I really like lots of different pates I had my husband make raw cinnamon rolls from goneraw last night and those are delicious! I know for me in the begining I was like, 'I dont have time to make all of this stuff it takes two days to plan a dinner, and I dont have the money to buy all this equipment that I need to make this two day dinner anyway " . I changed my mind about what it means to eat raw and I just keep it simple untill the equipment that I needed came around. Also the movie " The Secret " really helped me (in all areas of my life) Focus on the positive and you will get more positive! Hope that helped... I am 27, female and overweight. I am hoping to cleanse, lose weight and more importantly turn back my metabolic age.
