Raoul-

Sorry to bother you- So far you are the only one I have met through

this that has gone to Hippocrates. May I ask your ear off? Do you

still live by their current lifestyle? I just noticed how strict

they seem to be with the combinations- they seem to also grow a lot

of grasses (I think wheatgrass will be the only grass I can have on

hand for quite some time), and such. They also have really no

sweetners except stevia? Don't use vinegars or oils. Reading that

book first has made just going simply raw seem so much easier- what

do you think?

I just need help knowing how to do their method so I can get this

ball rolling a little faster. If you have any ideas or thoughts- I

would love to hear them (from anyone else too!)-

I know- rambling a bit- Since you have been there and know??? Were

you sick when you went or did you go for other reasons? How are you now?

Thanks!

Carly
