Oh I just use organic canned beans, washed obviously. They are not

" alive " , but they are high in fiber and tasty, and I'm getting lots of

live enzymes from the other salad ingredients anyway, so I'm not

worried about them not being " alive " . I don't feel I have time to do

the whole soak/sprout thing, and when I want to eat I don't want to

have to wait for anything!

Ok, thanks, I just have buckets of dried beans to use, and we have usually eaten

them in bone broth soups,,,
