Guest guest
Oh I just use organic canned beans, washed obviously. They are not " alive " , but they are high in fiber and tasty, and I'm getting lots of live enzymes from the other salad ingredients anyway, so I'm not worried about them not being " alive " . I don't feel I have time to do the whole soak/sprout thing, and when I want to eat I don't want to have to wait for anything!
