Vegan vs Raw

Hi Becky,

A vegan whole foods diet is certainly much, much healthier than the standard

american diet by far, but it can still be improved upon by going raw or

including a very high percentage of raw food.

A super simple explanation of why raw is better is because cooking

chemically alters the substances in food, making them less usable to the

body. What can't be used by the body is waste and when our bodies are

overcome by too much waste, disease is the result. Disease is the result of

toxicity.

Also, a raw diet excludes most if not (depending upon which raw approach you

are following) all of the types of foods that are not biologically

appropriate to humans.

Give raw a chance!! You'll be glad you did!

All the best,

Audrey
