Guest guest
Anyone have any good recipes for milk alternatives? I tried making almond milk, but it was very expensive and I tried making soy milk, but without cooking it it tasted very " beany " . The only recipes I can find for rice milk call for the rice to be cooked first. Any ideas? Becky
Guest guest
I haven't tried it yet, but heard someone talk about blending a little bit of banana with water to the consistency you want. Sounds good! How are you wanting to use it? I might have other suggestions, based on what taste/texture you're trying to achieve (drink on its own? mix w/something?). Guest guest
That does sound good. I just need something for the kids to eat cereal with (they aren't all raw and may never be). I'll have to try that. It's certainly cheaper than other things I've found so far.
