Guest guest
Hello Everyone, I am new to the group today. I have been 100% raw for 27 days and I am loving it. I was a vegetarian for many years, then I started a relationship with a man who liked eating meat. He didn't eat red meat, however , he liked his junk foods. It wasn't long before I joined him. My slender frame spiraled out of control and I spent six unhappy years 50 pounds overweight and miserable. I went on the Master Cleanse in February and was on it for 17 days. After 17 days, I transitioned into raw vegan vegetarian food. I am happy now that I am eating raw and hope to regain my body back. I have lost 23 pounds and still have a ways to go. I am glad this group here. I will be sharing my progress. Currently I am at a weight plateau. Does anyone here have tips on breaking it? Blessed be, Tuliza
Guest guest
Hi Tuliza, Welcome and congratulations on your progress so far! That is awesome. To get your weight loss jump started you might want to try lowering your fat intake (nuts, seeds, oils, avocados) and increasing your fruit intake, especially juicy fruit. Of course exercising is very helpful too! Wishing you all the best, Audrey www.rawhealing.com > " tulizamakini " <tuliza >rawfood >rawfood >[Raw Food] I'm new and raw >Tue, 27 Mar 2007 20:29:10 -0000 > >Hello Everyone, >I am new to the group today.
