Black Rice/Wild Rice

I haven't got that kind of rice. I buy the organic from the health

food store.

Hello-o?

do we remember the meaning of the word " parched " when we are talking

about " cooking " ?????

" To parch " is cook dry over fire/heat (as opposed to dehydrating)

 

cooking is cooking.

this food is not raw.
