To make eating raw easier I cut up a lot of fruit such as organic oranges and bring in container to work and it makes it easier. I joined the food coop and love the taste of organic fruits. I have a dehydrator, blender and juicer, but find it easier to just cut up a lot of fruit and eat it. I have done some cleansing such a a series of 10 colonics which helped symptoms of my psoriasis a lot which was on my scalp. I am quite surprised that now after eating (going on about 4 years ) healthier detoxing and lots of raw foods it is practically gone. Rarely itching either. Have experimented with raw food recipes. I really like freezing chopped bananas then blending it with fruit to make creamy like icecream. Also made brownie/fudge recipe on grinding walnuts with chocolate and agave (can use figs) and then freezing. Yummy. I also like the websites, links and information for this group. I used to spend a lot of time cooking but this is easier. Now to make sure I am getting all the nutrients is another issue and balance with the diet. Glad for the support of the group.
