Well, I have my old stand-bys... books which were written before raw food became so fashionable. They still work for me and make me want to go on: Live Foods: Natures Perfect System of Human Nutrition by George & Doris Fathman (published in 1967, this is the book that introduced me to raw foods. There are some things that are not the latest fashion in raw food thinking, but this is still a classic, based on Ehret's ideas. I simply substitute where I don't agree with their inclusions.) Eydie Mae's Natural Recipes by Eydie Mae Hunsberger (I read this one first, but, coupled with How I Conquered Cancer Naturally, which came first, this is a powerful inspiration for me. Eydie Mae went the Ann Wigmore route to heal breast cancer. ) these books still inspire me. soon, I will have to have them copied and rebound, because they are close to falling to pieces after all these years. I will probably always go back to them. Margaret

That is why I am so confused how the regular diet crept back up on me. Anyway does anyone know any great motivational books on raw or otherwise that will help give me some kick?? I have alissa cohen's and david wolfe's books. Any other good ones? Thanks Sucker-punch spam with award-winning protection. Try the free Mail Beta.
