It is delicious!

If memory serves, it's cracked bulgur wheat. My favourite is florentine - made

with garlic, sun-dried or roasted Roma tomatoes, and spinach. I have an ex that

used to make it for me.

Re: Hi Trula; was: Italian preferences?

What is tabouleh?  I saw this on the menu at the veg restaurant I went to last

night but I already knew what I was going to order and so I didn't ask.

Give it a try. It was an idea my sister-in-law

She introduced me to stuff like tabouleh, tahini,

hummus, brown rice and tofu.

I have been mixing Italian dressing with tahini

since I was 15... so close to 30 years now!

Wow, time flies. Can ya dig it? *lol*

That sounds great, Reni. Love the idea to add

sun-dried tomatoes and spinach. Mmmmm
