Guest guest
Give it a try. It was an idea my sister-in-law gave me way back when I was a teenager and just dating her brother then. We'd go to Woodstock, NY to visit her, and she was this radical hippy activist [to us anyway], and she always turned us on to new ideas and new ways of looking at things... including food. She introduced me to stuff like tabouleh, tahini, hummus, brown rice and tofu. I have been mixing Italian dressing with tahini since I was 15... so close to 30 years now! Wow, time flies. Can ya dig it? *lol* ~ PT ~ The only ambition consistent with happiness is the ambition to do things with and for others. ~ W. Guest guest
PT, I made this last night. I added two cloves of crushed garlic and a bit of sweetener and it was a huge hit. Thanks for a keeper. Leslie in Atlanta - I have been mixing Italian dressing with tahini since I was 15... so close to 30 years now! Wow, time flies. Guest guest
What is tabouleh? I saw this on the menu at the veg restaurant I went to last night but I already knew what I was going to order and so I didn't ask. --- On Wed, 2/25/09, ~ PT ~ <patchouli_troll wrote: ~ PT ~ <patchouli_troll Hi Trula; was: Italian preferences?
