Guest guest Posted February 22, 2009 Report Share Posted February 22, 2009 -PT, This is the simplest but tasty recipe that I always use. My grandfather,aunt, mother, all made it this way. Fresh spinach (cooked down) or canned spinach (well drained, squish all juice out) Then you make a basic white sauce (butter,flour, water) to a medium consistency. then just add the cooked spinach. that is all. If you want to get fancy just add some diced potatoes (cooked) Very simple and very tasty.
