It is really good, my husband is not vegetarian but he has a few vegetarian

or vegan dishes that he makes.

I think he found the original recipe online.

Sometimes he adds frozen artichokes to it or some pearl onions.

My husband made baked potatoes and creamed spinach.

I don't have his recipe, I do know that he used frozen chopped spinach,

Veganaise and tofuttie cream cheese. It was very good. My daughter and I

sauteed some Morning Star Meal starter strips with some garlic, fresh basil

and

parsley for her and I to go with the potatoes.
