Guest guest
I just finished recording an audio presentation with Dr. David Pimentel and an interview in which he says that the US Population is eating way too much. He said that we are eating something over 3700 calories per day when it is suppose to be 2000 calories for a woman and 2500 for a man. I'm interested in trying to cut back my calorie intake to something approaching 2500 calories. I still consider myself a new vegetarian and don't know how to go about preparing a diet that is Vegan, nutritious and yet limited to 2500 calories per day. Can you all suggest some possible meal planner websites that are available for those that are trying to focus on the Vegan lifestyle? thanks, joseph
