Time for the much remiss question of the week.

I apologize for neglecting to post one these past

few weeks; life has taken a busy turn.

 

With all the doom and gloom talk about our tough economic

times in the daily news, we are all certainly looking for ways

to save money and be prepared for the future.

 

What are some of your best inexpensive meals and recipe

ideas?
