Guest guest
I made this for dinner last night. It was super delicious. I hope you enjoy this mouth full of flavor. Teriyaki Tender Bits with Vegetables 1/2 of a 19oz. can of Loma Linda Tender Bits 2 T. oil 2 T. oil 1 sm. can of sliced mushrooms 1 head of broccoli, chopped up 1 onion, diced small 1 bell pepper diced small 1 - 20 oz. can of Pineapple Tidbits 2 carrots, sliced thin 1 T. Bragg's liquid Aminos 1/2 c. Pantai Sweetened Chili Sauce for Spring Rolls - I find this in Asian stores, but some grocery stores also carry it near asian products. 1/2 c. Trader Ming's(from trader Joe store) Soyaki(a unique teri yaki sauce) Slice up the Tender bits into thin pieces. Add them to a hot frying pan with oil and brown over high heat, stirring often. Removed and set aside. Add remaining 2 T. of oil into the same frying pan and when hot, add the veggies, but not the pinapple. Stir constantly, cooking over high heat. When veggies are tender crisp, add the pinapple, tenderbits, Bragg's Liquid Amino's, Spring Roll Sauce, Soyaki sauce. Turn off the heat and still together well. Add more of the seasoning, per your taste. Serve over Basmati Rice
