Guest guest Posted January 29, 2009 Report Share Posted January 29, 2009 CONTINENTAL CHEESE SPREAD 8 ounces fat-free cream cheese -- softened 1 tablespoon skim milk 1 clove garlic -- minced 3 tablespoons Parmesan cheese -- grated 1 tablespoon fresh parsley -- minced 1 tablespoon green onion -- minced 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme 1/8 teaspoon pepper assorted reduced-fat crackers In a bowl, heat cream cheese and milk until fluffy. Add garlic, Parmesan cheese, parsley, onion, thyme, and pepper. Mix until well blended. Spoon into a small container. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour. Serve with crackers.
