Guest guest Posted January 29, 2009 Report Share Posted January 29, 2009 Herbed Cheese Dip 1 package (8 ounces) nonfat cream cheese -- softened 1/4 cup skim milk 1 tablespoon nonfat sour cream 1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley 1 teaspoon grated Parmesan cheese 1 teaspoon olive or vegetable oil 1 teaspoon lemon juice 1 teaspoon reduced-fat margarine -- softened 3/4 teaspoon garlic powder 1/2 teaspoon dried tarragon 1/4 teaspoon celery seed 1/8 teaspoon dill weed Fresh vegetables In a small mixing bowl, combine the first 12 ingredients; beat until smooth.
