I think it is the citrus juice that helps the pie set up/gel together. Those no-bake cheese pies are so divine! Don't make them very often here because I would eat the whole thing! *lol* They are great cool treats in the summer. ~ PT ~ Yesterday is ashes; tomorrow wood.
