KIWI YOGURT SHAKE UP

 

The 2-stage energy boost provided by honey, plus protein from yogurt

and the vitamin C abundant in these 2 fruits are the perfect

combination for high energy.

 

1 kiwi peeled and quartered

1/2 cup strawberries washed and hulled

1 cup plain yogurt, low-fat or non-fat

2 Tablespoons honey

2 Tablespoons orange juice

 

Directions: Combine all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Serve

immediately. Makes one serving.

Most of these receipes for yogurt drinks make enough for 2 or 3. Since I am

only one, this does not work out.
