Make sure to incorporate lots of whole grains, fresh fruits and vegetables into your diet to help with your weight loss. Check out our recipes section....there are tons of tried and true vegetarian recipes there. You can cook delicious vegetarian meals that will satisfy your family. You can also vegetarianize your family's favorite meals. They will hardly notice that the meat is gone. Feel fry to post questions, ask for recipes and or meal suggestions to help complement your new journey. We have some great and knowledgable memebers here.
