Tofu Buttermilk 1 cup tofu 1/4 tsp corn oil 1 Tbs lemon juice 1/2 tsp salt 1/4 tsp sucanat (sugar) 2/3 cup water Combine and blend until smooth. Omit the water to make this recipe as Tofu sour cream which can be used in place of mayonnaise.
