[recipe*] Creamy Broccoli Casserole

I make the a similar casserole but I use low fat cream of broccoli soup. I also

partially cook some rice in the casserole dish and then add the rest on top of

that. The original recipe called for chicken breasts so I often tuck some faux

chicken strips between the rice and the broccoli. My DH thinks he has died and

gone to heaven when I make this for him.

 

I love converting omnivore recipes to vegetarian ones.

Audrey...Have you ever tried a fake meat called  Match?
