Hi Reni! I hope you had a great Thanksgiving.

I love, love, love the Quorn roast, too.

I love to eat it sliced on Thanksgiving Day, but

enjoy the leftovers even more. I make a yummy

sandwich salad spread with diced quorn roast,

chopped celery, minced green onions and mayo.

My favorite mayo of all is Vegenaise, but Best Foods

will suffice if I am out. It is divine stuffed in a whole

wheat pita pocket with lots of fresh sprouts. Mmmmm

I have a casserole that is yummy for using leftover

quorn roast, too. I like to buy the roast year-round.

It is for us to know what dreams we share,

what needs we feed, what imperatives we create

and command. It is for them to wonder, and in

wondering perhaps to learn.
