Tofurky gravy; was: Thanks Gary!

That Tofurky brand gravy in the tubs is

the best, IMO. I try to stock up when it is on

sale and during the holidays when it is more

available. If I can't find it, I use the Hain brand

packets of vegetarian chicken-style gravy mix

and add sauted chopped mushrooms to it.

 

Your chipotle apple stuffing sounds yummy.

Can you share the recipe?

Thanks for the Celebration Roast review.

I take it that you would buy this again?
