Capo-touille (recipe) - pt

i just ate this out of the bowl...no accompaniments.

some fresh bread and a nice salad would make it a

complete meal. i usually make egg noodles to go with

ratatouille, so i bet they would be good with the

capo-touille as well. it could also be served on

pasta, rice, and polenta. i bet this would work well

in a crockpot. let me know if you try it.
