Vegetarain Worcestershire; was: [recipe*] Jack-O-Lantern Jumble

There is a brand called Wizard that is made vegetarian

without the anchovies most worcestershire contains.

You can order it from online sources if you cannot

find it in your region. I was lucky enough to find

that Kroger brand, carried in my local Fred Meyer

grocery store, is also vegetarian safe.

Read your labels, and if you cannot easily locate

a vegetarian version, we do have a recipe to make

your own veg sauce in our files
