Guest guest Posted October 19, 2008 Report Share Posted October 19, 2008 Multigrain Pancakes 1/4 c. whole wheat flour 1/4 all-purpose flour 1/4 c. rolled oats 1/4 c. cornmeal 2 t. sugar 1/2 t. salt 1 t. baking powder 1/2 t. baking soda 1/2 t. ground cinnamon 1 egg or 2 egg whites 2 T. vanilla yogurt or plain yogurt 6 T. water In a mixing bowl, stir together the ww flour, all-purpose flour, oats, cornmeal, sugar, salt, baking soda, baking powder, and cinnamon. In a seperate bowl, whisk together the eggs, yogurt, and water. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry adn mix just until moistened. Heat a skillet over medium heat and coat with cooking spray. Pour about 1/3 c. of batter per pancake onto the skillet. Cook until bubbles begin to form in the center. Flip and cook until browned on the other side. Serve with syrup.
