Guest guest Posted October 12, 2008 Report Share Posted October 12, 2008 i could eat this whole dish...it's total comfort food. usually i use half a stick of butter and a little less cheese to cut calories a little bit. hashbrown casserole 1 pkg. frozen hashbrowns (about 2 lbs.), thawed 1 stick of butter, softened 1 can cream of mushroom soup 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese salt and pepper preheat oven to 350 degrees. spray a baking dish with cooking spray. mix ingredients together and pour into dish. bake about 45 minutes.
