Fredericksburg Tx Random fun: 3. Where you live, when do the leaves change color? yes, they change from green to brown. we have two seasons here, fry an egg on the cement hot summer, and mild winter. Sometimes the leaves change in the summer too...if its too dry...well, actually there are a very few trees that change colors but nothing like i saw in the north east..
