Guest guest
This sounds really good artichoke72x. Thank you for posting a recipe for me. This is something I can handle and I like diced tomatoes in the can too. I have a pal that realy hates cilantro flavor, but I can't imagine life without it! , " artichoke72x " <artichoke72x wrote: > > i usually use 1 to 2 whole chipotle chiles in a batch of this. this is excellent. > > chipotle pico de gallo > > 1/4 cup fresh lime juice > 2 teaspoons minced canned chipotle chiles in adobo sauce > 4 garlic cloves, minced > 2 cups chopped seeded tomatoes (i use canned) > 1 cup chopped onion > 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro > > combine fresh lime juice, chipotle chilies and minced > garlic in large bowl. add chopped tomatoes, onion, > and fresh cilantro. season to taste with salt.
