Guest guest
For eggs substitutes there is the Ener-G-Egg Replacer that is sold at Whole Foods and in health food stores. Also a mashed up banana can be sub'd for a egg if your baking something, and I also hear that 3 Tbsps of ground flaxseed mixed with a Tbsp of water is a good alternative for an egg, not to mention you get your Omega 3's that way, too. It seemed the easiest alternative. I do have Pea Protein powder to make shakes with and I can eat eggs if I have to, but I was looking for some other options that may be available to me.
