Guest guest
Here is a recipe from one of my new favorite cookbooks that has wonderful healthy recipes. . The 30-Day Diabetes Miracle Cookbook http://www.diabetesmiracle.org/ From the Gourmet Kitchen and Cooking School at Lifestyle Center for America. This cookbook is an Easy to follow Plant based, Carb-Counting Diet. I'm not diabetic and the recipes looked so good and healthy I had to buy it. There are no artificial sweetners used in the recipes either. I highly recommend this cookbook. Judy Cream of Celery Soup - Vegan 2 1/2 c. water 1 t. Mckay Beef Style Seasoning(Vegan) 1 t. Guest guest
That does sound like an awesome cookbook, Judy. Thanks for sharing about it, and for this recipe too. One of my friends at work recently was hospitalized with a blood infection she got rafting on the river, and it caused her diabetes to go out of control again. She is not vegetarian, but is open to it because her parents raised her as a vegetarian. I think she would enjoy this cookbook and it would help her. ~ PT ~ , " wwjd " <jtwigg wrote: > > Here is a recipe from one of my new favorite cookbooks that has wonderful > healthy recipes. . Guest guest
Wow if I may ask how did your friend get a blood infection river rafting? I'm asking because I like to do that, so this may be something I need to watch out for. ~ PT ~ <patchouli_troll wrote: That does sound like an awesome cookbook, Judy.
