I can't choose just one fav either, but I do go through times when I will prefer a certain style of food. Right now in the heat of summer, Tex-Mex and salads are the most appealing. I am also enjoying crock pot soups and thicker soup-stew recipes; loving how the crock pot doesn't heat up the house. Your anasazi beans sound wonderful.
