Guest guest Posted August 5, 2008 Report Share Posted August 5, 2008 Hi, PT. What a hard question to answer! Do you have just one? Right now I'm in love with refritos made with anasazi beans. These beans have so much flavor, and it makes hearty refritos. I'm working through that dairy thing of mine, so last night I had tostadas just with these refritos on steamed corn tortillas and topped with a generous amount of freshly made salsa. It was tasty and really satisfying. So, since I had them last night and will have them again tonight, I'll give that as my favorite.
