Guest guest Posted July 4, 2008 Report Share Posted July 4, 2008 Hi, Last night I didn't feel like cooking so I looked in the pantry to see what I could use for a quick dish. I found a package of soft tofu, a can of delhi saag (Jyoti brand) and a can of chickpeas. (Delhi Saag, for those who might not know, is spinach and mustard greens with ginger and pepper.) I tossed the stuff into a food processor, without adding any other spices. I figured the delhi saag would be enough -- it's quite hot. I liked it.
