Hi,

Last night I didn't feel like cooking so I looked in the pantry to see what I

could use for a

quick dish. I found a package of soft tofu, a can of delhi saag (Jyoti brand)

and a can of

chickpeas. (Delhi Saag, for those who might not know, is spinach and mustard

greens with

ginger and pepper.) I tossed the stuff into a food processor, without adding any

other spices.

I figured the delhi saag would be enough -- it's quite hot. I liked it. The tofu

and chickpeas

cut the heat of the delhi saag; some might like to spice it up even more.
