Guest guest
This is a great way to dress up corn on the cob. The herb-butter spread is also great stirred into mashed potaoes or off-the-cob corn dishes. Herb-Buttered Corn 1/2 cup margarine, softened 1 tsp dried minced chives 1 tsp dill weed 1 Tbs minced fresh parsley 1/2 tsp dried thyme 1/4 tsp salt Dash of garlic powder Dash of cayenne pepper 10 ears of fresh corn, husked and cooked In a bowl, combine first 8 ingredients; mix well. Spread over each ear of corn. Yield: 10 servings ~ PT ~ " If we keep everything in balance, we are in harmony with ourselves and are at peace.
