Quorn Roast, was: Easy Skillet Dinner

Well, it really doesn't come ready to measure out.

I just cut up leftovers in cubes and measure them out

myself. When I don't have any leftovers of quorn roast

I use the quorn tenders; they are very convenient, but

I find the flavor is not as good as the roast.
