Guest guest Posted May 25, 2008 Report Share Posted May 25, 2008 STRAWBERRY JAM 4 c berries (not to ripe) 4 c sugar juice of 1/2 or whole lemon put 1 c berries in pan and 1 c sugar, keep doing this until all berries and sugar used. place over medium heat and cook 9 minutes. take off stove, add lemon juice. let stand overnight. in morning place over het and boil 9 minutes bottle and seal Barb Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
