Guest guest
I have an old Southern recipe for chocolate mayonnaise cake that I love to bake with regular mayo, but I like using the vegannaise a lot more now. Has anyone here tried baking with that vegan mayo before? Thanks in advance. -Gaia
Guest guest
I have never tried baking with the vegan mayos before. I would think it would work okay if the recipe was using the mayo more for a moistening ingredient. In regards to the cake, I don't know. Hopefully someone else here will. If you try it and it works good, please share the recipe. ~ PT ~ Every artist dips his brush in his own soul and paints his nature into his pictures. ~ Henry Ward Beecher ~~~*~~~*~~~*~~~> , " Gaia " <nephilim9000 wrote: > > I have an old Southern recipe for chocolate mayonnaise cake that I love to bake with > regular mayo, but I like using the vegannaise a lot more now.
