Joseph's Reduced Carb Whl Wht Pita (found on the same table as flatouts, in front of deli at Walmart. Cutting circle in half, I ate both halves for very low pernts, and inside each I put: 2T Athenos 3 pepper Hummus (4T for 2 halves)- found at Krogers in the block cheese case. Hummus is from chickpeas, not cheese, incase you don't know it yet. Smear this inside both sides of pocket before loading with veggies. Lettuce mix + diced cherry tomatoes, onions, cucs. 2T (4T if you eat 2 halves) Veggie Shreds Cheddar (soy cheese, found in Walmart and Krogers near produce. Vegetarian, but not vegan, as it has casein in it, but no animal rennet). I tossed the veggies and cheese with a squirt of Fat Free Ital Dressing, tsp of Olive Oil and a squirt of lime.
