Guest guest
Grating zucchs can get messy, but it is worth the mess. I like to just cut the ends off and grate it on the larger hole size of my cheese grater. I never peel the zucchini before grating because I like the flecks of green color and the vitamins. I use grated zucchini in this mock crab cake recipe and in zucchini breads. Here is a link to the Old Bay seasoning so you can get a picture of what to search for in the spice aisle: http://www.mccormick.com/productdetail.cfm?ID=6216 ~ PT ~ The mind that turns ever outward Will have no end to craving. So, when you grate zucchini, you just cut off the end and grate it peel and all? Doesn't it get sloppy? >
