Old Bay & grating zucchs; was: mock Crab Cakes

Grating zucchs can get messy, but it is worth the mess.

I like to just cut the ends off and grate it on the larger hole

size of my cheese grater. I never peel the zucchini before

grating because I like the flecks of green color and the

vitamins. I use grated zucchini in this mock crab cake recipe

and in zucchini breads.
